EMEA Signing

EMEA Signing. Means, following the Closing, the entry into revenue-generating lease, license or other agreements in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) by or on behalf of the Company, the Partnership or any Subsidiary, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
