Employee Benefits. Means the perquisites, benefits, and service credit for benefits as provided under any and all employee retirement income and welfare benefit policies, plans, programs, or arrangements in which the Executive is entitled to participate, including without limitation any stock option, stock purchase, stock appreciation, savings, pension, supplemental executive retirement, or other retirement income or welfare benefit, deferred compensation, incentive ... compensation, group or other life, health, medical/hospital, or other insurance (whether funded by actual insurance or self-insured by the Corporation), disability, salary continuation, expense reimbursement, and other employee benefit policies, plans, programs, or arrangements that may now exist or any equivalent successor policies, plans, programs, or arrangements that may be adopted hereafter, providing perquisites, benefits, and service credit for benefits at least as great in a monetary equivalent as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control. Employee Benefits. Employee Benefits. Shall include, by way of illustration and not limitation, an employer's contribution under the Federal Insurance Contributions Act, unemployment compensation and related insurance, payroll and other employment taxes, pension and retirement plan contributions, workers' compensation and related insurance, group life, health, disability, and accident insurance, severance, and other benefits.

Employee Benefits. Means, with respect to any Covered Employee, all life insurance, medical insurance (including dental and vision care) and disability plans and programs in which the Covered Employee was entitled to participate immediately prior to the relevant Change of Control.

Employee Benefits. Means the "benefit plans and policies" for the limited liability companies of ITG or its predecessor that was the employer of the Executive immediately prior to the execution of this Employment Agreement and Employee Benefits shall refer to such plans until adopted by and as subsequently amended by ITG.

Employee Benefits. Benefits provided to all employees in similarly situated positions to a Covered Employee under the Company's pension (qualified and nonqualified), welfare and fringe benefit plans, programs, policies and agreements.

Employee Benefits. The Executive will be entitled to participate in all employee healthcare and welfare benefits programs of the Company, in accordance with the then applicable terms, conditions and eligibility requirements of such programs that are offered from time to time to U.S. resident-based employees at the Executive's level, including medical, dental, life insurance, 401-K retirement plans and other health benefit programs.

Employee Benefits. Shall mean any Company group health plan(s) that you were participating in as of immediately before your Termination Date and for which you are eligible to continue coverage under COBRA. For avoidance of doubt, Employee Benefits shall without limitation not include contributions made by the Company to any retirement plan, pension plan or profit sharing plan for the benefit of you in connection with amounts earned by you.
