Employee Units. Has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof. The Employee Units will continue to be Employee Units in the hands of any holder other than the Employee (except for the Company and except for transferees in a public sale) and, except as otherwise provided herein, each such other holder of the Employee Units will succeed to all rights and obligations attributable to the Employee as a holder of the Employee Units hereunder.
