Employee's Representative

Employee's Representative. The term "Employee's Representative" shall mean, (a) in the case of a deceased Employee, the Employee's executor or administrator or the person or persons to whom the Employee's rights under any Award are transferred by will or the laws of descent and distribution, and (b) in the case of a disabled or incapacitated Employee, the Employee's attorney in fact or legal guardian.

Employee's Representative. The Employee's legal guardian or other legal representative as determined under local law.
