Employees

Employees. The Retained Employees and the Acquired Employees and "Employee" means any of them;

Employees. The employees of EiC who will receive Closing Payment Shares from EiC pursuant to a Change of Control Agreement entered into between such employees and EiC prior to the Effective Date.
