Employer Contributions
Employer Contributions. Shall mean the amount to be paid by the Employer into the Account, as described in Section 3a.

Employer Contributions. Amounts credited to a Participant's Account as a contribution of the Company or a subsidiary and not representing a direct deferral of compensation by the Participant.
