Employer Inventions

Employer Inventions. Shall mean all Inventions that are solely or jointly conceived, made, reduced to practice, fixed in a tangible medium, and that are a) learned by me in the course of any work performed for the Company, b) developed on the Company's time or with the Company's equipment, or c) assigned to the Company or to a third party at the direction of the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
