Employer Materials. Embodiments of Company Information, such as documents, media, electronic copies, or other items containing Company Information, including all work product, deliverables, works of authorship, inventions (whether patentable or not), results, documentation and other materials developed, conceived, reduced to practice or otherwise made by Executive as a result of or in connection with Executive's services to Employer including employment with the Employer's predecessor, First Mariner Bank
