Employer. The Company and any Related Affiliate that employs a Participant

Employer. The Company or the Subsidiary that employs the Employee on the date hereof, provided that, if the Employee subsequently is transferred to another corporation covered by the Plan, such employing corporation shall be the Employer for purposes of this Agreement.
