Employment Performance Based Target

Employment Performance Based Target. Shall mean, for any Fiscal Year, the achievement of such performance based target as shall be determined by the Committee, or, in the absence of such determination, Adjusted EBITDA for such Fiscal Year equals or exceeds Adjusted EBITDA as set forth in the Approved Budget for such Fiscal Year.
