Example Definitions of "Employment Term"
Employment Term. The period of time from the Effective Date until the earlier to occur of (i) the termination of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Section 6, or (ii) the fifth anniversary of the Effective Date.
Employment Term. The Initial Employment Term and any Renewal Term(s), provided that the Employment Term shall end upon the termination of Executive's employment for any reason prior to the scheduled expiration of the Employment Term.
Employment Term. The period during which Executive is employed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement.
Employment Term. The term of this Agreement is the period commencing with the Effective Date and ending on the date on which Executive's employment with the Company terminates in accordance with this Agreement or otherwise.
