Employment Termination Date

Employment Termination Date. Means the effective date of termination of Executive's employment as established under Paragraph 6(g).

Employment Termination Date. The term "Employment Termination Date" with respect to an Employee shall mean the first date on which the Employee is no longer employed by the Company or any Subsidiary.

Employment Termination Date. The date on which the employment relationship between the Participant and the Employer is terminated due to an Involuntary Termination

Employment Termination Date. Shall mean the date of a Participant's Involuntary Termination.

Employment Termination Date. For purposes of this Agreement, "EMPLOYMENT TERMINATION DATE" shall mean the date of the Executive's Involuntary Termination.

Employment Termination Date. As used herein means the effective date the Employee's employment with Employer is terminated or ceases for any reason.

Means the first date on which a Participant is no longer employed, not including any notice period that may be required under local law (or in the case of a Participant who was not an employee, the first date on which such Participant is no longer acting as a director of, or consultant or advisor to, the Company or its Subsidiaries) by the Company or its Subsidiaries for any reason.

Employment Termination Date. Means the later of (i) the last date of a Hired Active Employee's employment with any Primo Party, or (ii) the date of the last payment of any severance amounts paid by any Primo Party to such Hired Active Employee.
