Employment Year

Employment Year. Each twelve-month period, or part thereof, during which Employee is employed hereunder, commencing on the date of this Agreement, the first such subsequent Employment Year being the twelve-month period which will begin on January 1, 2008 or when Company first reaches one hundred thousand dollars in gross monthly sales, whichever occurs later.

Employment Year. Shall mean the 12-month period ending on December 31, 2002, and each succeeding year during the Term, or such portion of such 12-month period as the Executive is employed by the Company under this Agreement.
