Encumbrances

Encumbrances. Means any and all encumbrances, liens, charges, security interests, easements, servitudes, rights of others, assessments, zoning or planning limitations, or any similar limitations and restrictions, restrictions on transfer, rights of first refusal or first offer, options, claims, mortgages or pledges of any nature whatsoever. 3
