End User Agreement

End User Agreement. 1.20 "End User Agreement" means a click-through agreement, or comparable agreement, which, if required by a Content Supplier Agreement, an End User must expressly accept prior to accessing any content from the Company Service, which has been or will be drafted by Company, which may be incorporated into existing terms of service governing the Company Application and will comply with all requirements forth in the Content Supplier Agreements.
