END USER SUPPORT FEES
END USER SUPPORT FEES. Means the Support fees as set forth in Exhibit A payable by SPSS to Hyperion in consideration of the secondary Support services provided by Hyperion to SPSS in connection with SPSS's Support of its End Users.
