Ending Market Value

Ending Market Value. Means, for the TSR Performance Period, the average Market Value during the last ninety (90) calendar days during the TSR Performance Period (which averaging period shall include the last calendar day of the TSR Performance Period).

Ending Market Value. Means, for each of the Company and the Peer Companies for the Performance Period, (i) in the event the Measurement Date is October 31, [insert grant year + 4], the average of the closing price per share of the company's stock for the last twenty (20) consecutive trading days ending with and including the Measurement Date, or (ii) in the event the Measurement Date is the date of a Change in Control, the closing price per share of the company's stock on the Measurement Date (or if the Measurement...
