EndofUse Date

EndofUse Date. Means (i) in the event this Agreement expires at the end of the Term, the last day of the Term; or (ii) in the event this Agreement is terminated prior to the end of the Term in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 hereof, the earlier of: the last day of the Term, or the day that is thirty (30) days following the date of termination for use on promotional materials and sixty (60) days following the date of termination for use on products.
