Enforcement Date

Enforcement Date. Means the date upon which the Lenders and/or Agent shall first enforce any part of the security hereby created in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement and/or this Debenture;

Enforcement Date. With respect to an Enforcement shall mean the earliest date on or prior to the date of such Enforcement and (a) on which an Enforcement Event occurs and (b) on each date after which, until the date of such Enforcement, one or more Enforcement Events were in effect.
