Enforcement Efforts

Enforcement Efforts. Means any reasonable efforts designed to stop or seek redress for infringement of the Licensed Property, including, without limitation, filing a lawsuit, seeking injunctive relief, sending a cease and desist letter, entering into negotiations with regards to resolving a claim of infringement, or communicating with a Third Party regarding any of the foregoing.
