Enforcement Expenses. Means all costs and expenses incurred by the Mortgagee in connection with its enforcement of any rights or remedies under this Mortgage and/or under any of the Security Documents, the collection of any claim hereunder or thereunder or the protection of, or realization upon, the Property after the occurrence of a default, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, appraisal and consulting fees, auctioneer's fees, rent, storage, insurance premiums, costs of completing... work-in-process or refurbishing the Property, advertising costs, and shipping expenses, whether or not such amounts are allowed as a claim against the Mortgagor in any bankruptcy, reorganization or similar proceeding. Enforcement Expenses. Shall mean reasonable expenses and costs incurred by Lender or Participant in connection with any Enforcement Action or, the collection of any of the -2- Obligations, or the protection of, or realization upon, any Collateral after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default.
Enforcement Expenses.
