Enforcement Expenses. Shall mean reasonable expenses and costs incurred by Lender or Participant in connection with any Enforcement Action or, the collection of any of the -2- Obligations, or the protection of, or realization upon, any Collateral after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default.
Enforcement Expenses.
