Example Definitions of "Enforcement Notice"
Enforcement Notice. Means a written notice delivered by the Enforcing Party to the other Party stating that an "Event of Default" (as defined in the Indenture or the Credit Agreement, respectively) has occurred and is continuing and that an Enforcement Period has commenced.
Enforcement Notice. Shall mean a written notice executed by the Subordinated Creditor and delivered to the Senior Agent reciting that an event of default has occurred under the Subordinated Debt Documents and that, as a result of such event of default, the Subordinated Creditor intends to take Enforcement Action and specifying the type of Enforcement Action intended to be taken by the Subordinated Creditor.
Enforcement Notice. Means a notice by any Subordinate Lender to the Senior Lender that a default under the Subordinate Debt has occurred and that one or more Subordinate Lenders intends to enforce its remedies on account thereof. Such notice shall contain a reasonable description of the nature of the default and the action Subordinate Lender proposes to take with respect thereto.

Enforcement Notice.
