Example Definitions of "Enforcement Notice"
Enforcement Notice. Means a written notice given by the Required Noteholders to the Collateral Agent (a) stating that an Actionable Default exists and (b) setting forth instructions from such Required Noteholders to the Collateral Agent to exercise all or any such rights, powers and remedies as are available to the Collateral Agent and the Noteholders under the Collateral Documents.
Enforcement Notice. Written notice given by the Majority Lenders to the Agent (i) stating that a Trigger Event has occurred and further stating whether the Trigger Event constituted an Event of Default in respect of a scheduled payment, and the nature and date thereof, specifying in reasonable detail the circumstances of such satisfaction and (ii) setting forth instructions to the Agent to exercise all or any such rights, powers and remedies as are available under the Loan Documents.
Enforcement Notice. Shall mean a written notice delivered, at a time when a Subordinated Indebtedness Default has occurred and is continuing, by Subordinated Creditor to Senior Lender, specifying the relevant Subordinated Indebtedness Default and stating the current balance of the Subordinated Indebtedness.
Enforcement Notice. Means a written notice delivered by either Lender or LSQ to the other stating that a default or event of default under the Lender Agreement or LSQ Agreement, as applicable, has occurred and is continuing
