Engineered T Cells

Engineered T Cells. Means a population of T-cells derived from a Cell Line, having a set of specific, defined, and experimentally validated biologic attributes, produced using the Rights Holder Technology, and containing at least one Edit and/or expressing one or more CAR constructs selected by Company in accordance with the License Agreement.
