Enhancements

Enhancements. Shall mean modifications to the Licensed Software requested by Licensee that add significant features to it, including new functionality, capabilities, services and links to Third Party Software, to be delivered by Licensor to Licensee.

Enhancements. Means the enhancements and refinements to the Base C&T Technology developed by C&T under this Agreement, including, any Derivatives of the Enhancements furnished to Axion by C&T.

Enhancements. Enhancements. Computer program modifications or additions, other than Maintenance Modifications, that may be integrated with the Programs or offered separately and that alter the functionality of the Program or add new functions thereto. 2

Enhancements. Shall mean changes, additions or new releases, other than Maintenance Modifications, to Code and to related Documentation that are provided to existing end users without charge and that improve functions, add new functions, or improve performance by changes to system design or coding.

Enhancements. Means, with respect to any Technology, new updates, new releases, new versions, revisions, patches, error corrections, modifications and enhancements.

Enhancements. Shall mean any program or any materials that provide a new function or feature for any of the ViryaNet Product(s), which function or feature shall be licensed and/or sold in addition to the ViryaNet Product(s), and which are not designated as Fixes, Releases, Updates, Workarounds and/or Options. Once delivered the Enhancements shall become a part of the ViryaNet Product(s) except for License's separate payment obligation as to such Enhancement.

Enhancements. Shall mean changes or additions, other than Maintenance Modifications, to Code and related Documentation, including all new releases, that improve functions, add new functions, or significantly improve performance by changes in system design or coding.

Enhancements. Means any modifications or improvements to a Product that adds new program features or functions to such Product, including, without limitation, any new version or new release of a Product.

Enhancements. Shall mean all additions, changes, modifications and improvements made by H Power, whether or not copyrightable or patentable, to the Technology in the Field of Use.
