Example Definitions of "Enrollment Period"
Enrollment Period. Shall mean the period specified by the Committee during which eligible Employees may elect to participate in the Plan for the upcoming Offering Period
Enrollment Period. Shall mean the period immediately preceding the Election Period that is designated by the Committee in its discretion as the period during which an Eligible Employee may elect to participate in the Plan.
Enrollment Period. The period of time prior to a Purchase Period during which Eligible Employees may elect to participate in the Plan as determined by the Committee for an Offering
Enrollment Period. Means the period established by the Committee preceding each Offering Period during which an Eligible Employee may elect to participate in the Global ESPP.
