Enrollment Period

Enrollment Period. Shall mean the period specified by the Committee during which eligible Employees may elect to participate in the Plan for the upcoming Offering Period

Enrollment Period. Shall mean the period immediately preceding the Election Period that is designated by the Committee in its discretion as the period during which an Eligible Employee may elect to participate in the Plan.

Enrollment Period. The period of time prior to a Purchase Period during which Eligible Employees may elect to participate in the Plan as determined by the Committee for an Offering

Enrollment Period. Means the period established by the Committee preceding each Offering Period during which an Eligible Employee may elect to participate in the Global ESPP.

Enrollment Period. The period prescribed by the Committee preceding an Offering Period during which the Participant may elect to participate in such Offering Period.

Enrollment Period. Shall mean and refer to that period of time prescribed in any Offering beginning on the first day Eligible Employees may elect to participate in the Offering Period to purchase Shares and ending on the last day such elections to participate are authorized to be received and accepted.

Enrollment Period. (i) with respect to an Offering Period commencing September 16, the period from August 15 through August 31 immediately preceding the commencement of such Offering Period, and (ii) with respect to an Offering Period commencing March 16, the period from February 15 through February 28 (or, for leap years, February 29) immediately preceding the commencement of such Offering Period
