Enterprise Fiduciary

Enterprise Fiduciary. A person who is or was serving as a director, manager, officer, employee or agent of an Enterprise, or, while serving as a director, manager, officer, employee or agent of an Enterprise, is or was serving as a tax matters partner of the Company or, at the request of the Company, as a director, manager, officer, tax matters partner, employee, partner, manager, fiduciary or trustee of any affiliate of the Company or any other Enterprise
