ENTERPRISE PLATFORM

ENTERPRISE PLATFORM. Means the magicTalk Enterprise Platform software, which enables the development and deployment of voice-based enterprise-scale applications, in Object Code and interpreted code form, distributed by GMI, and any Updates and Upgrades that GMI may provide to IVB pursuant to this Agreement or a separate maintenance and support agreement.
