Environmental Audit. Shall mean (a) with respect to the Springfield Property, the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, dated February 6, 2001, and any additional environmental studies or audits prepared by the Environmental Engineer relating to such Property, (b) with respect to the Newport News Property, the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Limited Phase II Environmental Services for the Proposed Symantec Office...
