Environmental Clean-up Liability

Environmental Clean-up Liability. The obligation to perform Clean-up of Pre-existing Pollution Conditions at, under or migrating from the Site as determined by any Governmental Authority under Environmental Laws, including the liability for off-site disposal of Pollutants which are removed and disposed off-Site as part of the Clean-up of Pre-existing Pollution Conditions pursuant to this Contract
