Environmental Closure Obligations

Environmental Closure Obligations. Means those obligations required by Governmental Entities and Environmental Laws with respect to the decomissioning, closure, closure or termination of Environmental Permits relating to the termination or the cessation of operation of the Assets and the Leased Facility, excluding in all cases, the Pre-Existing Contamination.
