Environmental Condition. As used herein means any condition which exists that affects the quality of the air, water, surface or subsurface of the ground in such a manner that the existence of such condition is unlawful under any Environmental Law, including Warren's failure to acquire or maintain any necessary air or water permits.

Environmental Condition. The existence or threat of any Release into the environment of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance.
Environmental Condition. Means (a) any release of any Hazardous Materials into the air or into or on the soil, sediments, surface water, or groundwater on, under, or from, or migrating from, the Oil and Gas Interests (or adjoining lands) or any Nucor Well or other well, or (b) any breach, in any material respect, of any Environmental Law.
