ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER

ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER. Shall mean (a) with respect to the Springfield Property, Kleinfelder, Inc. (b) with respect to the Newport News Property, Professional Service Industries, Inc. and (c) with respect to any other Property or Properties, any other environmental engineer approved by Agent in its sole and absolute discretion.
