Means, collectively, all Laws related to or regulating or otherwise related to Hazardous Material, drinking water, groundwater, wetlands, landfills, open dumps, storage tanks, underground storage tanks, solid waste, waste water, storm water run-off, waste emissions or wells. Environmental Laws. Environmental Laws. Any and all federal, state, local or municipal laws, rules, orders, regulations, statutes, ordinances, codes, decrees or requirements of any Governmental Authority regulating, relating to or imposing liability or standards of conduct concerning any Hazardous Substances, public health or environmental protection, together with any amendment or a re-authorization thereof or thereto.
