Environmental Laws

Environmental Laws. Means, collectively, all Laws related to or regulating or otherwise related to Hazardous Material, drinking water, groundwater, wetlands, landfills, open dumps, storage tanks, underground storage tanks, solid waste, waste water, storm water run-off, waste emissions or wells. Environmental Laws. All applicable laws, statutes, regulations, by-laws, rules and Orders of any Governmental Authority where the Licensor has carried on business and the common law, relating, in whole or in part, to the environment, and includes those laws relating to the storage, generation, use, handling, manufacture, processing, transportation, import, export, treatment, release or disposal of any Hazardous Substance and any laws relating to asbestos or asbestos-containing materials in the workplace environment

Environmental Laws. Any and all federal, state, local or municipal laws, rules, orders, regulations, statutes, ordinances, codes, decrees or requirements of any Governmental Authority regulating, relating to or imposing liability or standards of conduct concerning any Hazardous Substances, public health or environmental protection, together with any amendment or a re-authorization thereof or thereto.

Environmental Laws. Any Law relating to the use, disposal or release of hazardous or toxic substances or relating to the protection or restoration of the environment or human exposure to hazardous or toxic substances

Environmental Laws.
