Materials and components and any work-in-process (WIP) or finished Product incorporating materials and/or components that fall under the category of either Excess Inventory or Obsolete Materials (as defined herein) reasonably purchased or on order by Jabil based on a Build Schedule Forecast, Build Schedule, or other written instruction by Company to Jabil.
