EPA

EPA. Shall mean the Environmental Protection Agency (or its foreign equivalent responsible for approval of commercial use of Royalty-Bearing Products as defined in the Field).

EPA. Means the Environmental Protection Agency of United States government and any substantial equivalent of any country, state, county, municipality, city or other governing authority having jurisdiction over environmental quality or affairs within the Territory.
