EPYX Agreements

EPYX Agreements. Collectively, (i) The Investment and Exchange Agreement dated as of April 4, 2000, by and among DeNora, DeNora New Energy Investments, B.V., a company established under the laws of The Netherlands, the Company and EPYX and (ii) the Investment Agreement dated as of March 30, 2000, by and among Amerada Hess Corporation, a Delaware corporation, the Company and EPYX.
