Equipment Advance Rate

Equipment Advance Rate. Shall mean eighty-five (85%) percent, provided, that, such percentage shall be reduced to eighty-two and one-half (82 1/2%) percent on July 1, 2007 and effective as of January 1 and July 1 of each year thereafter by an additional two and one-half (2 1/2%) percent as of each such date.
