Or "Equipment Notes" means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, the equipment promissory note dated as of the Closing Date executed by Borrower in favor of Lender, evidencing an Equipment Loans with respect to a Premises or the equipment promissory notes dated as of the date of this Agreement to be executed by Borrower in favor of Lender evidencing the Equipment Loan with respect to all of the Premises, as the same may be amended, restated and/or substituted from time to... time. Equipment Note.
