Example Definitions of "Equity Award Account"
Equity Award Account. Shall mean the account or subaccount that may be established by the Administrator to reflect the crediting of equity awards other than Restricted Stock Units. Equity Award Accounts will be maintained solely as bookkeeping entries by the Company to evidence unfunded obligations of the Company. Equity Award Account. That bookkeeping record established for each Participant. An Equity Award Account is established only for purposes of measuring that portion of a Deferred Stock Benefit attributable to awards according to section 3 of this Plan and not to segregate assets or to identify assets that may or must be used to satisfy a Deferred Stock Benefit. An Equity Award Account will be credited periodically with amounts determined under subsection 6(b) of this Plan.
