Equity Award

Equity Award. A Company equity-based award covering the Company's common stock

Equity Award. Any stock option, stock appreciation right, restricted stock unit, restricted stock or other equity award issued under any Stock Plan, but excludes any Target Annual Incentive Bonus that may be payable in the form of equity.

Equity Award. Means each compensatory equity award granted to a Participant, whether under the Equity Plan, or otherwise.

Equity Award. A Company equity award that vests solely based on the passage of time granted under the Company's 2021 Incentive Award Plan, as may be amended from time to time, or a successor equity compensation plan adopted by the Company

Equity Award. A Company equity-based award that vests solely based on the passage of time granted under any equity-based award plan of the Company, including, but not limited to, the Company's 2021 Incentive Award Plan, as may be amended from time to time.

Equity Award. A Company equity award that vests solely based on the passage of time.

Equity Award. Any share option, restricted share unit or other equity-based award originally issued by the Company to the Employee prior to the date of a Change of Control (including any replacement equity- based award issued in exchange therefor on or after the date of a Change of Control).

Equity Award. A stock option, stock appreciation right, restricted stock, restricted stock unit, performance share or performance unit award, or any other security or similar share-based incentive award, whether exercisable for, or to be paid or settled in, shares of capital stock or cash.

Equity Award. A Company equity-based award, including, but not limited to, options, restricted stock units, and performance stock units, issued under any equity-based award plan of the Company, including, but not limited to, the Company's Amended and Restated 2013 Equity Incentive Award Plan, as may be amended from time to time.

Equity Award. Shall mean Executive's awards of options, stock appreciation rights, restricted shares or stock units with respect to the Company or its successor, or the direct or indirect parent of either, or of any deferred compensation into which such stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted shares or stock units were converted upon or prior to a Change of Control.
