Equity Commitments. Equity Commitments. Means the executed letter from The Resolute Fund, L.P., dated as of September 16, 2004, issued to Purchaser and delivered to Seller, pursuant to which The Resolute Fund, L.P. agrees to provide to Purchaser equity financing in an aggregate amount of not less than $200,000,000 to fund the Acquisition, on substantially the same terms and subject to the conditions set forth in such letter.
