Equity Fund Company
Equity Fund Company. Means any Person in which one or more Equity Fund Investment Vehicles own(s), directly or indirectly, more than 10% of the fully-diluted common stock or has an unrecovered investment of $1,000,000 or more, and each Subsidiary thereof.
