Equity Participation Agreements

Equity Participation Agreements. Means, collectively, those Equity Participation Agreements entered into between the Company, and each of the employees of Coinmach Corporation that have acquired Equity Securities of the Company, and any other agreements for 11 the sale of Equity Securities between the Company and any employees of the LLC or its Subsidiaries which are designated as "Equity Participation Agreements" by the Board.
