Equity Plans

Equity Plans. Means the Animas Corporation 1996 Incentive Stock Plan, the Animas Corporation 1998 Equity Compensation Plan, the Animas Corporation 2004 Equity Compensation Plan and any other equity-based compensation plan that may be adopted by the Company for the purpose of compensating its employees, directors and consultants generally.

Equity Plans. Shall mean all stock option, restricted stock and other equity plans of the Company, including the 2004 Stock Plan, the 2004 Employee Stock Purchase Plan and the 1997 Stock Option Plan.

Equity Plans. The Kimberly-Clark Corporation 2001 Equity Participation Plan, the Kimberly-Clark Corporation 1999 Restricted Stock Plan, the Kimberly-Clark Corporation 1992 Equity Participation Plan, and any successor or additional plans under which a Participant receives stock options, restricted stock or other equity-based compensation.

Equity Plans. The Halyard Health, Inc. Equity Participation Plan, and any successor or additional plans under which a Participant receives stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units or other equity-based compensation.
