Equity Vesting Triggering Event

Equity Vesting Triggering Event. Means the occurrence of any of the following: (i) the expiration of the Term of this Agreement pursuant to Section 2; (ii) the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 8(a) upon Employee's death or Total Disability; (iii) the termination of this Agreement by the Employer pursuant to Section 8(c) without Cause; or 2 (iv) the termination of this Agreement by the Employee pursuant to Section 8(d) for other than Good Reason.
