ERISA-Restricted Certificate. The Class A-IO2 and Class B-3 Certificates that have not been the subject of an ERISA-Qualifying Underwriting, the Class B-4, Class B-5, Class R and Class LT-R Certificates and any Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-IO1, Class B-1 or Class B-2 Certificate (or Class A-IO2 or Class B-3 Certificate that has been underwritten) that does not satisfy the applicable rating requirement under the Underwriter's Exemption.
