Escrow Account. Escrow Account. Shall mean the interest bearing account established by the Escrow Agent entitled "Computershare Trust Company, Inc., as Escrow Agent - Western United Holding Company" with a bank.

Escrow Account. Means the escrow account established and maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Escrow Agreement.

Escrow Account. Shall mean the account established by the Escrow Agent entitled "U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Escrow Agent - Western United Life Assurance Company" with a bank.

Escrow Account. Means either an interest bearing escrow account or a comparable security device acceptable to you.

Escrow Account. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Escrow Account. Means the $100,000 deposit money CTB has previously deposited with Escrow Agent, along with the $250,000 deposit money CTB will deposit by January 26, 2001 pursuant to Section 2.6(a)(ii) below, into Escrow Agents' interest bearing client trust account number 9-000-985 at Commerce Bank of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, for the benefit of account number 31-0025234.

Escrow Account. Means the qualified settlement escrow account which holds the Settlement Fund.

Escrow Account. Means the interest on lawyers trust account of the Escrow Agent, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Schedule A, where the proceeds from the Loan will be held.
