Escrow Funds
Escrow Funds. The funds deposited with the Escrow Agent pursuant to this Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Funds. Shall mean the funds deposited with Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement (it being understood and agreed that any interest thereon is not included within the Escrow Funds).
