Escrow Funds

Escrow Funds. The funds deposited with the Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement, together with any interest and other income thereon

Escrow Funds. Shall mean the funds deposited with Escrow Agent pursuant to this Agreement.

Escrow Funds. Shall mean, for each Closing, the funds deposited with the Escrow Agent pursuant to this Agreement.

Escrow Funds. Means immediately available funds deposited in the Escrow Loan Account by each Lender in an amount equal to such Lender's Commitment Percentage for the making of Loans under this Agreement.
