Escrow Redemption

Example Definitions of "Escrow Redemption"
Escrow Redemption. Means the obligation of the Issuer to redeem all of the Securities, pursuant to Section 3.09 of the Indenture if the assumption is not consummated by the Conditions Precedent Date.
Escrow Redemption. Means the obligation of the Issuers to redeem all of the Securities pursuant to Section 3.09 of the Indenture if the Escrow Conditions (as defined in the Indenture) are not satisfied or waived by the Conditions Precedent Date.
Escrow Redemption. The obligation of Depositor under the Indenture to redeem all of the Notes if the Escrow Conditions are not satisfied on or prior to the Conditions Precedent Date.
